Parc Esta Developer

Parc Esta Developer, MCL Land has been around for more than 50 years in the real estate business and it started of as Malayan Credit Limited in 1963.  Its main core business was in hire-purchase financing.  It took the bold stp and in 1967, went on to be listed with Singapore Stock Exchange.  In 1969, MCL was established and real estate became the company’s main business and was progressing well.  In 1992, Jardine Cycle & Carriage acquired MCL to further venture into the real estate segment.  In 1997, MCL Land was surfaced with this adoption of name.  In 2006,  MCL Land is one of the majority subsidy owned by Hongkong Land.  5 years later in the year 2011, Hongkong Land fully owned MCL Land and also to deregistered with Singapore Stock Exchange.

MCL Land has completed many developments and the most remarkable was J Gateway, completely sold with the same day.  Their current going development is Parc Esta and Margaret Ville.
